Your advisor creates you in our system, to obtain this information. After which you receive an email, either to you, as the owner of a company, or to you, as the contact person for the company. The contact person will most often be either a member of the executive board or the person responsible for finance.

Here you will be asked to fill in some information about the company. It must be your description. It must, among other things, include what you manufacture/deliver and who you deliver to. Likewise, as part of our statutory money laundering customer familiarization procedure, we must obtain some documents about the company and, not least, the company's owners. These documents must ensure that we have sufficient documentation for our customer due diligence procedure for your company. Your business partner can only see your information, which is stored securely.

kyc.creditro.com / StoreMyId.com is an online service owned and operated by Creditro A/S. 

Creditro's KYC service, Story My ID, facilitates customer access to information about their clients, aiding compliance with KYC legislation. If a customer seeks details about an unregistered person, they invite them to register with Creditro. This ensures that Creditro can provide the required information to that person and other customers, streamlining the process.

How long does it take to fill out?

Who has access to my data?

Visma Creditro shares your profile data with your advisor, aiding them in complying with KYC legislation. Your profile is created in connection with you becoming a customer of a company that uses Creditro's service. It is thus Creditro's task to carry out a KYC investigation in accordance with the Money Laundering Act on behalf of your advisor. Once you have created a profile, this profile will, at your request, be shared with other companies with which you may become a customer. This will result in you not having to undergo a re-examination of KYC.

When filling out the questionnaire, we require some information about you as the contact person and ask a few company-related questions. Companies may need to upload articles of association and owner's books.

After completing the questionnaire, you have to indicate the company's beneficial owners (individuals with over 25% ownership). If you are one of these owners, select "It's me" and specify if there are additional owners, and supply their contact information. The remaining owners do not need to complete the company section again.
