Have you received an email from Creditro Store My ID?
The email is from your advisor, who is working with Visma Creditro to collect mandatory know-your-customer (KYC) information required by anti-money laundering legislation.
What should I do now?
Create an account or sign in
In the email you received from Creditro, you will find a link to Store My ID. Here, you need to create an account or sign in with MitID. If you already have an account, simply log in.
Collecting your information
We request some basic information about you as the company's contact person, such as first name, last name, CPR number, etc. You may also need to upload documentation of your identity, such as a passport or driver's license.
Complete the questionnaire
Next, you need to answer a series of questions about your company, association, foundation, or authority. These questions are used to identify any potential risks in the business relationship.
Upload documents
In certain situations, you need to upload a series of documents requested by your advisor—accountant, bookkeeper, lawyer, or bank. These could include, for example, the register of shareholders, articles of association, or similar documents.
Contact details of actual owners
If the company has multiple actual owners (individuals with more than 25% ownership), you must provide their contact details before step 3. We will then also collect their basic information.
If their contact details are already correctly filled in, you can simply proceed to the next step.

Who is my adviser?
This communication is on behalf of your adviser, who may be your accountant, lawyer, bookkeeper, real estate agent, bank representative, landlord, or another professional entity that has to comply with the Money Laundering Act.
They are collaborating with Visma Creditro A/S to gather the necessary KYC information. This process is essential, in regards to financial transactions, property dealings, art acquisitions, involvement in a property owners' association and similar situations.
Your prompt cooperation in providing the required information is greatly appreciated, as it contributes to a secure and compliant environment for all parties involved. -
Why do I receive this questionnaire?
Your adviser is collaborating with Visma Creditro A/S to gather necessary information mandated by anti-money laundering legislation. The purpose is to fulfil legal obligations and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Your adviser sets you up as a user in our system, in order to obtain this information. After this, you will receive an email, either as the owner of a company, or as the contact person for the company. The contact person will most often either be a member of the executive board or the person responsible for finance.
You will be asked to fill in some information about the company. It must be your own description. It must, among other things, include what you manufacture/supply and who you supply to. Likewise, as part of our statutory money laundering customer familiarisation procedure, we must obtain some documents about the company and, not least, the company's owners. These documents must ensure that we have sufficient documentation for the customer due diligence procedure for your company. Only your business partner can see your information, which is stored securely. -
