If you have previously created a user profile with Creditro A/S, which you now wish to delete, you must contact your adviser, who will then contact Creditro A/S and ask for this to be done. We only have the option to delete user profiles if the request comes from the adviser in question, as there is a legal requirement that the adviser must be able to document his knowledge of the customer in time.
