Why upload ID on behalf of others?
If you are asked to upload ID on behalf of others in the case, it is because your advisor has enabled this option.
Answering on behalf of others – as a representative
As a representative on a case, you may experience the following:
After filling in your own information and completing the company’s questionnaire,
…you are asked to provide personal information and upload photo ID for other individuals involved in the case.
This is because:
Your advisor selected this option when setting up the case.
It is often done to limit the number of people involved in the process.
If you do not wish or are unable to do this:
Contact your advisor, who can change the setting.
