When I try to upload a picture of my ID, it says the picture is too small. How do I change the size?
If an error message appears stating that the image is too small, you have the option to adjust the size of the image. The image must be at least 500 x 500 pixels.
To resize the image, you can open it on your PC, right-click on the image, select the "resize image" option, change the smaller of the two numbers to 500, and then save the changes. The image can then be uploaded to the platform.
