Efficient Management of the Draft Function in the Platform
The draft function is a useful tool for companies managing multiple clients on the platform. This feature allows you to upload customer information collectively and efficiently, saving time and ensuring a structured process.
How to Use the Draft Function
To get started with the draft function, go to “Upload Draft”. Here you will find a template that shows how a draft should be filled out. It is important to include the following information in the template:

Company CVR number

Company name
-
A representative and their email address

A client manager’s email address
If the same person will be the client manager for all customers, you can enter the same email address throughout the template.
Once the template is completed, it can be downloaded from either “Company Templates” or “Personal Templates” and then uploaded directly from your files.
Review and Edit Drafts
After uploading the draft, it will appear in the system where you can see the customers added. From here, you can:

Edit basic data by clicking the pencil icon

Delete individual customers or the entire draft

Use the search function to find specific customers by name, CVR number, or representative

Apply filters to sort customers by relevant criteria
Creating Customers from the Draft
When you are ready to create the customers in the system, click the icon with a small person and a plus sign. You will then be guided to the “Create Client” page, where you select the client type, e.g., company, sole proprietorship, or holding company.
The client manager will already be selected based on the email address in the template. It is also important to choose the relevant service for the customer.
If real CVR numbers are used, the system will automatically retrieve the company’s basic data and ownership information from public registers. This ensures that all relevant information is in place without manual entry. Multiple owners can be added with the same settings as when creating new clients from scratch.
Final Adjustments and Risk Assessment
Before completing the creation, general settings can be adjusted as needed. Then the customers are created, and you only need to wait for their responses to finalize the risk assessment.
