Settings in Store My ID

Here we go through the settings in Store My ID, the platform your clients interact with.

Settings in Store My ID

In the admin center, a number of important email settings can be configured. Some of these are enabled by default by Creditro, but you have the option to customize them yourself.

One of the key features is the ability to send automatic email reminders to clients. This is useful in reminder flows, making customers aware of required actions.

Additionally, your company logo can be displayed on both the welcome page and in emails. A custom welcome message can also be added, and you can enable automatic renewal, so clients are reminded to revisit their information without manual intervention.

SMTP Settings

Another important feature in the admin center is the SMTP settings. These can be customized so that emails are sent from your own mail server instead of using Creditro’s default settings.

However, it’s important to note that if SMTP settings are changed, Creditro will no longer be able to track sent emails. This means that information such as the time of the last email sent and potential bounce notifications will no longer be visible in the system.

Editing Email Templates

Under the “Templates” tab, you’ll find the email templates sent to clients. There are six Danish and six English templates available, all of which can be edited as needed.

The first invitation a client receives when they’re invited to the platform is titled “You have been invited to complete a Know Your Customer procedure.” In this email, dynamic data such as the client’s name and company information is automatically populated.

Users can edit the text and add images, such as their own logo. It’s also possible to add new text sections and adjust font styles and sizes. To preview changes before saving, use the preview function.

Welcome Page

The last tab in the admin center is the Welcome Page. Here you can insert a custom message that clients see when they log into Store My ID. By default, it states that Creditro is working with you to handle the KYC procedure—but this can be edited.

Help and Support

If questions arise, a comprehensive help center is available with guides and videos that walk through different platform features. Short instructional videos are also available for specific features.

For additional help, you can contact Support via the chat function in the Admin Center.

We wish you the best of luck using Creditro’s Admin Center!
