Review of Questionnaires

Learn how to create, edit, and customize questionnaires in Creditro Comply.

Guide to Creating and Editing Questionnaires

In this guide, we explore the “Questions” tab, where you find your questionnaires. In the top-right field, you can select “Company Types” to edit or create your own forms. Alternatively, the “Public Forms” tab contains standardized questionnaires already prepared.

Public and Custom Forms

  • The public forms include a wide selection of credit assessment questionnaires, with the “Extended” version frequently used.

  • For example, if the client type is a “Foundation”, the relevant form will be called “Foundations Extended.”

  • There are up to 37 different forms available to find the most suitable one.

To preview a form from the client’s perspective, click the eye icon. If you find a better fit, you can edit the form by clicking the pencil icon, rename it, and save it under “Company Types” so it becomes part of your own forms.

Customizing Questionnaires

Under “My Forms” or “Company Types”, you’ll see the forms you created. To edit a form, click the pencil icon, where you can add, modify, or delete questions.

Available elements you can add include:

  • Text boxes for detailed answers

  • Number fields for numeric input

  • Multiple choice for selecting between options

  • Checkboxes for confirmations or consent

To add a new question, drag the element into the form. Clicking the element lets you adjust properties such as the question’s title, help text, and whether it’s mandatory.

Copying and Deleting Questions

If you have several similarly formatted questions, you can duplicate an existing question by clicking the plus icon, then edit the new question as needed. To delete a question, use the trash can icon.

Conditional Logic and Restrictions

Some questions can be set with restrictions so follow-up questions only appear based on certain answers. For example, the question:
“Do you make cash payments over 20,000 DKK?”
If the client answers “Yes,” a follow-up question might appear asking about the frequency of such payments.

Restrictions can be based on:

  • Answer options (e.g., “Yes” or “No”)

  • Numeric values (higher or lower than a set threshold)

  • Mandatory answers that must be completed before submitting

Restrictions help ensure detailed responses are gathered without overwhelming the client with irrelevant questions.

Summary

The “Questionnaires” tab allows easy navigation between public and custom forms, editing questions, and tailoring forms to your needs. Features like copying, conditional logic, and mandatory questions enable precise and relevant data collection from your clients.
