Overview of the Client Dashboard

The Client tab in Creditro Comply gives you an overview of all your cases. Read on for a detailed walkthrough

The Client tab in the Creditro platform provides a comprehensive overview of the clients registered in the system. Here you can navigate between ongoing cases, completed cases, and archived clients.

Client Overview

When you are in the Client tab, you can choose how many cases you want to view per page. Additionally, you can filter the view to include either all cases, your own cases, or a colleague’s cases. At the top of the overview, there is a search function where you can search for clients based on various criteria such as:

  • Company name

  • CVR number

  • Case number (if created)

  • Names of beneficial owners

  • Email addresses

Filtering Clients

Besides the search function, there is also a filtering option to further refine your search. Available filters include:

  • Cases awaiting response

  • Cases awaiting person-specific information

  • Cases created within a specific date range

  • Cases with specific tags

  • CVR numbers sorted in ascending or descending order

After selecting a filter, apply it by clicking “Apply filter”. To remove a filter, click the trash can icon.

Archiving Clients

If a client is no longer active, they can be archived. Archived clients remain in the system for up to five years from the date of archiving, in accordance with GDPR regulations. After five years, they are automatically deleted unless restored.

Restoring an archived client is a useful feature if a former client returns. Instead of creating a new case from scratch, you can restore the previous client and retain the history from prior interactions.

Notifications and Reminders

The system sends notifications to the client manager when an archive date is approaching. This allows you to either restore the client, download relevant data from the case, or let it be automatically deleted.

Creating a New Client

After reviewing the client overview, filtering options, and archiving functionality, the next step in the process is to create a new client. This is covered in a separate guide.
