Monitoring and Notification on Active Cases
This article explains what Visma Creditro monitors for your clients and how you are informed about changes.
For all completed clients (with a CVR number), we run a check against the CVR register six times per hour. We check for the following changes:

Change in company name

Change in company status
-
Change in the company’s purpose

Change in industry code
-
Change in the board of directors
-
Change in beneficial and legal owners
-
Change in capital (new and old)
-
Changes in signing rules
-
Change in auditor
-
Change in articles of association
-
Change in phone number
-
Change in email
-
Change in website address
-
Change in address
If changes occur in one or more of the above points, the responsible client manager will be notified by email, or it will appear in the activity log. If the change concerns personnel in the company, you must update these changes yourself in the personnel overview.
