Login leads to blank page
If you land on a blank page after logging in at kyc.creditro.com, where you only see the options “My information” and “Done,” there can be several reasons.
When you log in as a customer on Visma Creditro’s KYC platform and end up on a blank page, multiple causes are possible. This article explains the most common reasons and provides solutions so you can access your account and cases without issues.
Why do you land on a blank page?
When you log in to the KYC platform for the first time with MitID, you select an email address that becomes your main email. This main email is used for all your cases on the platform going forward.
Example:
You are invited to the KYC platform for the first time and log in with MitID.
You link the email address aaa@aaa.com to your MitID.
Later, you are invited to a new case using the email bbb@bbb.com.
You log in again with MitID.
In this case, your email for the new case will automatically be changed to aaa@aaa.com so that all your cases are gathered under one account.
In some cases, the system cannot automatically link your main email to the new case. This may result in landing on a blank page when logging in with MitID.
Logging in with a different email address
Another common reason for landing on a blank page is logging in with an email address different from the one your advisor used to invite you. The system does not recognize this email and therefore cannot display your cases correctly.
It is very important that you ensure the email you use as your username is the same email you originally received your invitation on. Once you have confirmed this, you can log in as follows:

Go to the login page

Enter your email address as your username

Enter your password
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking “Forgot password” on the login page. You will receive a link to create a new password.
