I'm having login problems.

If you have been invited to use Creditro's platform to submit your information, but are having trouble logging in, you can find a solution here.

There are two different login options on the platform. You can either log in with an electronic ID (e.g. MitID or a similar foreign bank ID) or you can log in with a username and password.

If you have tried using an electronic ID without success, you can go back to the login page (by pressing the start button in your original invitation email). Here you will either have the option "Create with password" or you will see the two boxes "Username" and "Password".

If you have not previously created a password, you will see the button "Create with password". When you press it, you will be asked to create a password and confirm it in the field below (note that there are a number of requirements for what the code must contain). Once you have done this, press "Create account", after which a small box will appear in the top right corner, where it says "Password updated". When you press "Ok" you will be taken directly to the first page that must be filled in.

If you have previously created a password, you will not have the "Create with password" button, but instead two fields that need to be filled in. One is called "Username" and will be pre-filled with your email address, as this is your username. You must fill in the "Password" field with the code you previously created. If you cannot remember this, you can click "Forgot password" just below the field. Then fill in your email address in the pop-up box (must be the email address that appears as your username). Then click "Send email". You will then receive a reset link in your email, which you must click on, after which you will be given the opportunity to create a new password. Once you have done this, you can log in to the login page with your username and new password.
