How to use the "Respond on Behalf of" function

This function is especially useful for cases where one person at the client company has ID documentation for the other individuals involved and can complete the questionnaire on behalf of the company.

Using the "Respond on Behalf of" Function

This feature allows one person (a representative) at your client’s company to respond on behalf of the other individuals associated with the case.


IMPORTANT!

  • "Respond on behalf of" can ONLY be selected during case creation.

  • It cannot be added later – not even through support.


How to Use the Function:

  1. Create the client as usual.

  2. Enter the company’s CVR number.

  3. Select the individuals to be associated with the case.

  4. Choose a representative.

  5. Next to the representative’s name (on the right), click the three dots.

  6. Activate the "Respond on behalf of" function.

Once activated, a new column will appear next to the representative column.
In this new column, you select who the representative is responding on behalf of (one or more individuals).


The representative must have the following information about the individuals they are responding on behalf of:

  • CPR number

  • Information about PEP (Politically Exposed Person) status

  • Basic data (e.g., full name)

  • Required ID for the case


When filling out the questionnaire:

  • The representative first completes their own section.

  • Then, they are prompted to upload the required information for the other individuals.


Note:

  • Individuals being responded for will not receive any emails from Creditro regarding the KYC process.

  • The function cannot be used for individuals who were not added during the initial case creation.
