How to replace individuals in the person gallery on an ongoing case
It is relatively easy to replace individuals on a client or select a new representative.
First, open the client for whom you want to make changes, then click into the client’s person overview.
1) Add a person to the client
If you want to add a person to the case, click “Add person” on the right-hand side.
Note: You must have an email address for the new person before they can be added.
A new window will then open, where you fill in the name and email of the person you want to add to the client. Adding a title for the person is optional. Once you have completed the two fields, click “Add.”
The new person now appears on the client.
2) Remove a person from the client
If you want to remove a person from a client, click the trash can icon all the way to the right of the person you wish to remove.
The person has now been removed from the client.
Note: It is not possible to remove a representative from the client. A new representative must be added first before this can be done.
3) Change the representative on a client
To change the representative on a client, click the icon with the two people to the right of the person you want to make the representative. If the desired person is not already added to the client, you must add them first (see step 1).
A pop-up window will then appear where you need to confirm the change.
An email is automatically sent to the new representative informing them that they have been made the representative for the case and explaining what this entails regarding responses and uploads.
