How to fill out and upload a client draft

If you have multiple clients that you wish to create in Creditro Comply, it may be beneficial to do so via a draft list. This article explains how to do it

When you are logged into Creditro Comply, select the menu item “Upload client draft” in the left-hand column. On the right-hand side, you can download an Excel template for either companies or individuals (see below).

Once you have filled out and saved the template, click on either “Companies” or “Individuals” on the left-hand side—depending on whether you have completed the company or individual template (see below).

When importing the list, you need to match the column headers with those shown by the system. If the system can read the imported data, the row will turn green. If it cannot read the data, an error will be shown, allowing you to correct the template and try again. Once the data is imported, you can find the imported clients under the menu item “Drafts.”

Required fields for the company template:

  • CVR number

  • Client manager’s email

Required fields for the individual template:

  • Representative’s name

  • Representative’s email

  • Client manager’s email

Saved in drafts

Once you’ve imported a client list, it will appear under “Drafts” in the left-hand menu. These cases are not active, meaning the client has not yet received an invitation to the system. If you wish to proceed with the case, you can do so by clicking the “Create client” button.

When you click “Create client,” you will see the same screen as if you had clicked “Create client” in the left-hand menu. The difference is that the information entered during import will already be pre-filled in the case setup. Creditro recommends that you still double-check the data for accuracy before finalizing the setup.

If you leave the “Create case” screen before clicking “Create and send,” the case will remain under drafts.

If you complete the client setup, the case will disappear from “Drafts” and will instead be available under “Clients” in the left-hand menu.

If you want to delete a client from drafts, use the red button on the right-hand side. Please note that deleting a client is irreversible.
