Deletion of user profile with Creditro A/S
If you have previously created a user profile with Creditro A/S and wish to have it deleted:
Contact your advisor.
The advisor will then contact Creditro A/S and request the deletion of your user profile.
Important to know:
Creditro A/S can only delete user profiles if the request comes from the respective advisor.
This is due to legal requirements stating that the advisor must be able to document their customer due diligence over time.
