How to create your user profile (step-by-step)

In this article, we will guide you through the steps you need to follow after receiving an invitation email from Visma Creditro A/S. The setup process will differ depending on whether you are a representative on the case or not.

Representative

1) The invitation email

After you have received and opened the email, click on the link "Start here":

2) Login

You have several different login options:

One option is to create a password. You do this by selecting the login option "Create email account."

Next, you will proceed to the following page where you need to choose a password, confirm it in the field below, and finally click on "Create account."

Another option is to log in with MitID. If you choose this, simply click on "Log in with MitID" and then follow the process, which includes confirming your email address. Once you have confirmed your email, you need to log in with MitID again, after which you will be taken directly to your case.

3) Personal information

When you are logged in, you will be taken to the registration page where you first need to fill in your personal information and upload your ID. If you have a Danish CPR number, it should be entered in the field labeled "CPR number." If you do NOT have a Danish CPR number, simply enter ten zeros in this field. Next, you must answer the three PEP questions and finally upload the required ID. If your advisor has uploaded personal ID for you during case creation, this will be pre-filled.

Once the above steps are completed, click "Next" at the bottom:

4) Adding email addresses for other individuals linked to the client

On the next page, you need to enter the email addresses of the other individuals involved in the case. If there are no other people on the case, this step will be skipped automatically. If your advisor has already entered the email addresses of the others on the case, the "Email" fields will be pre-filled, so you just need to click "Next" at the bottom. Once done, click "Next."

5) The questionnaire

On the next page, you need to complete the questionnaire about the company, association, foundation, etc.

Once you have answered the questions, check the box labeled "Hereby confirmed" and then click "Next":

6) Document upload

On the next and final page, you need to upload the required documents for the case (if this is required). If your advisor has already uploaded these for you, the fields will be pre-filled and you only need to click "Next." If they are NOT pre-filled, it is your responsibility to upload them and then click "Next."

7) Possible MitID validation and subsequent confirmation

If your advisor has chosen that you must validate yourself with MitID—either as a replacement for or in addition to photo ID—you need to do this now.

After this, you are done.

Not a representative

1) Invitation email

After you have received and opened the email, click on the link "Start here":

You will then proceed to the following page, where you need to choose a password, confirm it in the field below, and finally click "Create account."

Another option is to log in with MitID. If you choose this, simply click on "Log in with MitID" and then follow the process, which includes confirming your email address.

Once your email has been confirmed, you need to log in with MitID again, after which you will be taken directly to your case.

3) Personal information

You will then be directed to the registration page, where you must first fill in your personal information and upload your ID.

If you have a Danish CPR number, it must be entered in the "CPR number" field.
If you do not have a Danish CPR number, simply enter ten zeros (0000000000) in the field.

Next, you must answer the three PEP (Politically Exposed Person) questions and upload the required ID.
If your advisor has already uploaded your ID during case creation, this section will be pre-filled.

Once everything has been completed, click “Next” at the bottom of the page.

4) Optional validation with MitID and subsequent confirmation

If your advisor has chosen that you must validate yourself with MitID—either as a replacement for or in addition to photo ID—you will need to do so now.
