How do I file a case once KYC is completed?
If you have completed a case and no longer want monitoring on the case, you can archive it.
You archive the case by opening the case in question and pressing the "Archive" button in the top right corner. This will archive the case and keep it "Archived" for the number of years that your country's legislation requires you to provide KYC checks on the customer. After that, the case will be automatically deleted.
