Forgot Your Login to Creditro?

If you’ve previously created a user profile but forgotten your login:

Username is the email address your advisor used to invite you to Creditro.

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

• Go to the login page: kyc.creditro.com

• Click on "Forgot password"

• Enter the email address you were invited with

• You will receive a reset link by email
  (If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.)

• Follow the link and choose a new password

• Return to kyc.creditro.com and log in with your new password
